心血管疾病的日常调理

1.  Control and moderate your emotions

Listen to relaxing music; try out activities such as fishing or gardening. Maintain emotional stability and avoid stressful situations and mood swings. Control your emotions and don't get angry easily.

2.  Work life balance

Have adequate sleep and properly schedule your day. During the change of season, there is a great fluctuation in temperature in the morning and night time. Make sure keep warm during winter and cold weather, and prevent stroke.

3.  Maintain light meal

Reduce salt intake, no more than 5 gram per day. Avoid high cholesterol, oily food and spicy food. Encourage to take more high calcium food, e.g. beans, soy based food, walnuts, peanuts, milk, fish and shrimps, etc. Always eat medicinal mushroom, such as black fungus, white fungus, Shiitake and Golden Needle mushroom.
